Responsibilities:
- Plant, water, weed, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns
- Mow, edge, and trim grass and hedges
- Prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth
- Remove debris, leaves, and litter from garden areas
- Maintain garden tools and equipment
- Deliver between our sites
- Cleaning pathways
- Gutter cleaning
- Helping out in the homes with the maintenance team during the winter time
Qualifications:
- Previous gardening experience is desired
- Reliability and flexibility to support the nature of the business
- Good communication skills
- Must hold a full, clean UK driver’s License and be willing and flexible with respect to travel (pool vehicle available for this purpose) and possibly required to stay overnight on occasion
- Travel between sites may be required (up to a 50-mile radius)
- Some experience at a professional level will be required in respect of painting and decorating skills
- Successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check
