We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Marketing Executive to support the delivery of our brand and partner marketing campaigns. This role is central to how our marketing team operates: coordinating activity, managing workflows, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, helping bring campaigns to life while improving how we plan, prioritise and execute.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Campaign Coordination & Delivery: Working closely with Senior Marketing Manager to support the day-to-day delivery of marketing activities across digital (email, social, website) and offline channels. Coordinate with channel owners to ensure they have the clear messaging and assets needed to execute their work. Assist in building and maintaining 12-month marketing timelines & campaign calendars. Support the execution of sales collateral & promotional items for key campaign periods.
- Workflow & Creative Briefing: Act as a central point for incoming ad-hoc marketing requests, helping to triage & organise tasks for the wider team. Draft clear, detailed briefs for the in-house design team & track progress to ensure deadlines are met. Lead in the production of annual brochures, including basic copywriting & project management.
- Partner & Project Support: Support the delivery of key partner commitments (e.g. England Golf) & supplier marketing activities, from proposal creation to reporting. Help execute ad-hoc projects such as The Masters promotions, prize draws, & content production.
- Reporting & Insights: Support regular campaign reporting for brand & partner campaigns, gathering data & tracking performance. Share key learnings with the team to help improve future campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential: Experience in a marketing role, preferably in travel or sports. Strong organisational skills & project management. Proven success in working across a variety of offline & digital channels, coordinating multi-channel campaigns. Ability to write clear briefs & coordinate delivery. Experience working with creative/design teams.
- Desirable: Familiarity with marketing & analysis tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Data Studio). Good understanding of campaign performance metrics. An interest in golf, travel or both. Willing to travel occasionally for familiarisation trips & events.
Personal Attributes:
- Highly organised & proactive.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Keen to learn & develop.
Why Join Us?
- Annual Leave: 25 days holiday, increasing by 1 day per year of service (up to 28 days), plus the option to buy back up to 5 extra days each year.
- Amazing Travel Perks: Enjoy familiarisation trips to top golf & holiday destinations in the UK & overseas, plus exclusive discounts on golf holidays, flights, & hotels.
- Recognition & Rewards: Be part of our annual company away trips for top performers & benefit from structured training & personalised development plans.
- Exclusive Brand Discounts: Save on top golf & sports brands, including Taylormade, Under Armour, & Ping.
- Health & Wellbeing: Subsidised health club memberships, a fully funded Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), & a Cycle to Work scheme.
- Sustainable Travel Benefits: Access our Electric Car scheme with Octopus EV & make your commute greener.
- Growth & Development: Receive honest feedback, regular coaching sessions, & the opportunity to grow within a dynamic & supportive team.
