In this role, you will manage the complete booking process for customers, incorporating accommodations, flights, transfers, and tee times. What You\’ll Be Doing: Handling daily inquiries through phone calls and emails with enthusiasm Engaging in insightful conversations with customers to build lasting relationships and gain insights into their ideal experiences Offering personalised recommendations for top-notch destinations, accommodations, golf courses, and auxiliary services (like buggies and club rentals), while emphasising the unique features that cater to their needs to streamline the booking process Aiming to achieve targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) with a determined approach Coordinating with hotel and golf course reservation teams to verify availability and finalize bookings Constantly enriching and maintaining an extensive understanding of our offerings through continuous training and personal exploration Requirements What We\’re Looking For: Outstanding natural sales talent coupled with a passion for customer service Driven by targets and results You love connecting with people and having impactful conversations A collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience Meticulous with a keen eye for detail Experience in the travel sector is a bonus, but not necessary A true passion for travel that shines through Benefits Your Golf Travel are an equal opportunities employer which means we treat people fairly.
