The Role:

As a Team Leader at YFR, you will:

• Lead and support a team of 4–8 residential fundraisers
• Provide hands-on training, coaching and motivation
• Drive team performance to meet quality and recruitment targets
• Manage daily reporting and team logistics
• Represent YFR and our charity partners with professionalism and passion

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 months’ experience leading a fundraising team (residential or street)
• Proven ability to hit or exceed performance targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
• Confidence in developing both new and experienced fundraisers
• A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
• Applicants must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
