Children & Family Contact Centre Manager
Manage the day-to-day operation of a Family Time centre supporting the provision of supervised family time, supported family time and safe handovers for children and families following separation. Lead and support staff and volunteers, ensure safeguarding standards are met, oversee service delivery, manage records and reports, and maintain positive relationships with Families, local authorities, courts, and partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily centre operations and service delivery. With support from the duty coordinator.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and families.
- Manage, supervise, and support staff and volunteers.
- Handle safeguarding concerns, risk assessments, and case records.
- Liaise with local authorities, Cafcass, courts, and other agencies.
- Monitor service quality, performance, and compliance.
- Prepare reports, complete invoices, and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to service development and continuous improvement.
