What You’ll Be Doing:
- Checking and preparing new machinery pre-delivery to the customer.
- Repair and servicing of returned equipment.
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs (planned and reactive).
- Continuously learning new products and technologies.
- Managing service records, reports, and customer updates.
- Occasional site visits to assist with equipment installation.
What We're Looking For:
