We’re looking for a commercially sharp, data-driven Paid Digital Specialist to lead paid media activity for one of the most exciting names in travel. With an annual media budget of $20M+, this is a rare opportunity to focus solely on one standout client, getting under the skin of their brand, audience, and growth strategy.

This is a monthly rolling contract with potential to be permanent.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for strategy and hands-on campaign execution across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic, owning performance from end to end. This isn’t just a tactical role, your insight, creativity, and optimisation skills will drive measurable impact and ROI across global markets.

You’ll work closely with the client, our in-house account team, and digital specialists to ensure we’re delivering performance that exceeds expectations, every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead paid media strategy and campaign execution across PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic
  • Use data tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel to extract insights, spot trends, and optimise performance
  • Own and optimise paid media budgets, ensuring efficient delivery against KPIs
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion and identify new growth opportunities
  • Interpret behavioural and demographic data to inform targeting, platform selection, and creative strategy
  • Write or brief performance-driven, platform-appropriate ad copy
  • Deliver clear, insightful reporting to internal stakeholders and client teams
  • Stay ahead of industry innovations and apply them to drive first-mover advantage
  • Ensure all media activity is on-brand, data-informed, and commercially effective

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic platforms
  • DV360 experience is a must
  • Proven track record in global media campaigns—experience marketing to audiences outside the UK is essential
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with large data sets
  • Proactive and organised—able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex insights and present them confidently
  • Curious about human behaviour, digital ecosystems, and how data drives decisions
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio)

  • Internal: Digital team, client account team, Head of Digital, Managing Director
  • External: Client marketing & data teams, Google, Meta, TikTok, analytics and programmatic platforms
  • Reporting to: Head of Digital
