We are looking for a Growth Marketeer to join our leadership team and take ownership of our go-to-market (GTM) growth strategy. Sitting at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product, this role is all about designing and implementing scalable, data-driven systems that transform ideal customer profiles (ICPs) into predictable, repeatable revenue. Whether you’ve seen roles like this called Growth Strategist, GTM Lead, Performance Marketeer—the mission is the same: drive smart, sustainable growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and evolve our GTM strategy with a focus on measurable revenue impact.
- Build and optimize scalable workflows using the latest GTM tools (think Hubspot, Clay, SendSpark, Keyplay, Smartlead, Rb2b, Apollo, and beyond).
- Collaborate with Sales and Product to identify opportunities, remove friction, and enhance conversion at every stage of the funnel.
- Manage day-to-day activities of the Growth team (Content & Paid Ads), ensuring alignment with GTM priorities.
- Lead high-velocity experimentation to unlock new channels, tactics, and efficiencies.
- Use data to uncover insights, drive decisions, and report on performance.
- Champion automation and operational efficiency across teams.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and foster a culture of continuous growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in growth, revenue operations, or similar GTM roles at a SaaS startup or scale-up.
- Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how to design experiences that convert.
- Strong technical acumen with modern GTM platforms and automation tools.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and experimentation.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills — you know how to interpret data and act on it.
What Success Looks Like:
- Clear metrics, dashboards, and feedback loops to track and optimize GTM effectiveness.
- Streamlined systems and processes that scale revenue generation.
- A predictable, high-converting buying journey that efficiently turns ICPs into long-term customers.
- Continuous improvements in conversion rates, engagement, and ROI across campaigns and channels.
- A demonstrable contribution to revenue growth and team alignment.
If you’re excited by the idea of building and leading the marketing systems behind sustainable growth — and love rolling up your sleeves with modern GTM tools — we’d love to hear from you. Apply now and help shape the future of our growth engine.
