The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Location: Brighton/remote. Applicants must be based in Brighton or close enough to be in the office a minimum of 2 days a week.
You will be leading the rollout strategy, the creation and seeding of bespoke content to key third-party and tastemaker pages across platforms. Alongside this you will be responsible for planning, pitching and delivering on influencer campaigns for our clients. We see this division as a high-growth area and you will be the architect of it alongside the founding team.
Key Responsibilities- Driving the development of Your Culture's business offering including workflow processes, sales strategy and new services.
- Identifying and partaking in key opportunities for sales, networking and lead generation.
- Constant research, maintenance and expansion of a network of tastemakers and influencers to help deliver considered and targeted rollouts bespoke to each campaign.
- Managing and building client relationships – delivering end-to-end campaigns from proposal, delivery, evaluation and reporting.
- Curating, creating and delivering assets, PR stories and short-form content for delivery to key music and culture tastemakers.
- Crafting engaging content and angles for maximum impact.
- Analyzing campaign data and preparing reports.
- Collaborating with associated teams within the company to ensure a unified and efficient strategy on campaigns. This includes upselling and marketing strategies.
- Storytelling and narrative ideation and implementation for client-facing services and company marketing.
- Recruitment and management of a team as the department grows.
- Development of Your Culture's international business profile.
