About Us: Your Culture is a global community of live music superfans, audience managers and innovators. We are the street team for the social media era. Your Culture was founded to help build connections between artists and their existing, as well as potential, fans. We know the power of user generated content (UGC) and are passionate about our community of real people whose mission it is to bring artists closer to their audiences.
We are looking for a Campaign Management Assistant to join the team. The role will be an important part of live event planning and campaign management as well as community development.
Job scope
- Event coordination and campaign management. We work with a huge variety of genres, venues and artists across the globe. We need to understand our target audiences, budgets and execute on deliverables for campaigns.
- Reporting and analysis. We pride ourselves on delivering prompt and accurate data reporting as well as offering insight as to future learnings and best practices.
- Liaising with clients and the community to ensure a smooth execution of events and maximising results. We have very high standards of communication and professionalism with both clients and community members.
- Continual growth and maintenance of the community. We are building an ever expanding international community of music fans and content creators. You will be conducting outreach, liaising with local researchers, responsible for quality control and communicating on behalf of Your Culture.
Key skills required
- Most importantly we want to see a passion for music. We want to know what artists you love, what it means to you, the events you go to and how we can bring that into the team and community.
- A strong interest in popular culture and musical subcultures, especially in relation to social media and digital marketing. You’ll need to understand different group’s tone of voice and content formats.
- Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills. This job requires a lot of coordination and communication.
- The ability to analyse social content as well as present results in a useful and engaging way.
- A focused and positive attitude.
- Friendly, outgoing and willingness to proactively solve problems.
Salary: Dependent on experience - £25.4k to £28k per annum
Location: Brighton. Applicants must be local and able to be in the office 5 days a week.
