We have an exciting new role within our recruitment division. You will be supporting the Council in attracting a talented workforce at all levels across the organisation, ensuring that we are able to respond to the needs of our community. You will provide recruitment advice, guidance, and support strategically in response to daily recruitment needs, conducting direct candidate searches when necessary.

Implementing a comprehensive recruitment process that adds value from start to finish, aiding the Council in securing and retaining skilled individuals. Your role will be responsive ensuring the day-to-day demands of our busy Recruitment Resourcing Service are fully met. You will need to demonstrate resilience when faced with managing a continuous demanding workload and conflicting deadlines and have experience of applying policies and procedures consistently within a range of situations.

Maternity cover up to 12 month secondment / fixed term contract. Full time 36hrs per week. Closing date: 13 March 2025 at 11:59pm.
