Croydon Adult Learning and Training (CALAT) is a large, dynamic, and high-quality adult education provider with extensive English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) provision seeking to recruit an experienced ESOL practitioner with a sound knowledge of current trends in the delivery of ESOL.
The successful applicant will have demonstrable knowledge and experience in quality improvement and assurance processes, including:
- Observation of teaching, learning and assessment
- The Education Inspection Framework
- Joint practice development
- Curriculum planning
- Community engagement good practice
