The Children, Young People, Education and Health (CYPE+H) Integrated Commissioning Team are looking to recruit two posts, 1 x Commissioning and Contracts Officer and 1 x Contracts and Quality Assurance Manager to complement the wider team to deliver best value commissioning across early years, education, early help, SEND and children’s social care.

The CYPE+H Integrated Commissioning Team delivers strategic commissioning, transformation, and procurement of children’s services (rated good by Ofsted) ensuring they support the Council in achieving their strategic aims and objectives for children and young people in the borough. Delivering to the Mayor’s Business Plan (2022 to 2026), the service commissions a portfolio of projects valuing circa £230m.

The above roles will contribute to providing the highest standards of commercial and professional excellence, to ensure the Council complies with the appropriate procurement regulations to deliver best value for Croydon’s residents. Innovation, drive and resilience are key skills for these roles ensuring Croydon is at the forefront of commissioning practice and transformation nationally.
