Some of your key responsibilities as a Post Office Specialist would include:
- Complying with legal requirements and obligations to minimise risk and inspire confidence
- Understanding the products we sell and offering guidance to customers, sharing any promotions
- Dealing with customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner
- Completing regular compliance checks in line with society policies and procedures
To be a successful candidate for this role you will need:
- Confident and approachable nature
- Cash handling experience
- Strong IT skills
- Previous experience in retail/sales preferred but not essential
