As a Customer Support Advisor, some of your key responsibilities will include:
β’ Dealing with queries via inbound calls & emails, taking a customer-first approach
β’ Offering the best advice through account reviews, ensuring our customers are on the right product for them
β’ Delivering sales through service with existing members and customers
β’ Identifying customer experience improvements and escalating accordingly

Who are we looking for?
To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need:
β’ 6 months contact centre experience β desirable
β’ A can-do attitude along with a solution-focused mindset
β’ Flexibility to support across the wider customer service team
β’ Excellent communication skills β both written and verbal
