As a Customer Support Advisor, some of your key responsibilities will include:
β€’ Dealing with queries via inbound calls & emails, taking a customer-first approach
β€’ Offering the best advice through account reviews, ensuring our customers are on the right product for them
β€’ Delivering sales through service with existing members and customers
β€’ Identifying customer experience improvements and escalating accordingly

Who are we looking for?

To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need:

β€’ 6 months contact centre experience – desirable
β€’ A can-do attitude along with a solution-focused mindset
β€’ Flexibility to support across the wider customer service team
β€’ Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
