YourConstruction is proudly representing a leading M&E contractor in their search for an experienced Project Manager to lead mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC projects across a variety of commercial environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing projects from inception to completion.
- Implement and manage company QHSE systems and ensure CDM compliance across all projects.
- Submit and maintain Construction Phase Health & Safety Plans.
- Manage schedules, resource planning, and communications to uphold high service standards.
- Brief and coordinate engineers and subcontractors to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Conduct site surveys, oversee commercial installations, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for senior management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and site teams for seamless project execution.
- Drive a safe and compliant working environment across all operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience within HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams and achieving project goals.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- A professional, flexible, and proactive approach to changing demands.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance requirements.
