PPM Technician

Position: PPM Technician\\nLocation: Birmingham\\nSalary: £26k to £35k\\n \\n As a PPM Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties in Central Scotland. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of AC and Refrigeration equipment and want to advance their knowledge further.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nPerform all aspects of air conditioning maintenance, including PPM'sand servicing in line with client schedules.\\n\\nMaintain a range of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration equipment, including VRVs, VRFs, splits, and chillers.\\n\\nProvide accurate timesheet records within specified deadlines.\\n\\nSupport the team by handling basic facilities maintenance tasks as needed.\\n\\nSupport engineers in a team\\n\\nParticipate in the 24-hour on-call rota (one week in every four).\\n\\nBuild and maintain positive client relationships through professional conduct and delivering excellent service.\\n\\nIdentify and report any remedial work to the Technical Team for quoting purposes.\\n\\nEscalate significant site issues or incidents through the correct channels in a timely manner.\\n\\nRequirments:\\n\\nEssential:\\n\\nExperinece within the FM Industry\\n\\nExperience with Air Conditioning & Refrigeration equipment, including VRVs, VRFs, splits, and chillers.\\n\\nFGAS Cat 1 qualification.\\n\\nFull UK driving licence.\\n\\nIPAF and PASMA certifications
