What will the role involve?

  • Leadership - Lead, support, and inspire your team, setting an example for your colleagues.
  • Planning and Assessment - Take ownership of planning, observations, and assessments in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Collaboration - Work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.
  • Teaching Excellence - Support the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
