About the role: As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. We provide opportunities for you to learn and develop your skills to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We are seeking a qualified professional to help us achieve our vision of being the leading childcare provider. Offering flexible and part-time working hours between 7am - 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day work weeks to support your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

  • Working collaboratively with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the classroom and for children's outcomes.
  • Supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver excellent care and early education, ensuring performance standards are met consistently.
