About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. We offer opportunities to learn and develop your skills to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We are seeking a qualified professional to help us achieve our vision of being the leading childcare provider.

Offering flexible and part-time work between 7am – 6:30pm, with options for 2-4 day workweeks to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

  • Working with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the classroom and for children\’s outcomes.
  • Supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding care and early education, ensuring performance standards are met.

Who are we looking for?

  • A candidate with a full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
  • An Enhanced DBS check (we will cover the costs).
  • An open, honest, compassionate individual who is passionate about working with children.
