Your Claim Property Damage Assessors specialises in assisting individuals and businesses with domestic and commercial property claims due to events like fire, flooding, subsidence, bad weather, or criminal damage. Since 2016, our experienced team has settled over 1000 claims for clients in London, East Anglia and beyond, providing professional concierge claims management services to ensure indemnity is reached, and providing hassle-free property repair & restoration. We handle all claim-related processes, including surveys, insurer coordination, and repair management, prioritising the interests of our clients. As a customer-focused company, we ensure claims proceed as quickly and smoothly as the process allows, while keeping clients informed every step of the way. Your Claim is directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for claims handling.
The Loss Assessor will be responsible for managing property damage claims and supporting clients throughout the claims process. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing property damage
- Preparing claims
- Liaising with insurers and loss adjusters
- Ensuring appropriate documentation is submitted
- Coordinating repair work with fully qualified contractors
- Ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations
This is a full-time, on-site position based in London or East Anglia.
