Your Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support
    • Review and process high-volume consumer claims in line with internal processes and quality standards
    • Maintain and update case management systems and workflow tools
    • Track case progress and ensure timely movement through each stage
    • Identify missing information and follow up with relevant parties
    • Support quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Workflow & Performance Support
    • Monitor workflow queues and flag delays, risks, or bottlenecks
    • Support SLA and KPI tracking through accurate data input and reporting
    • Assist with operational reporting, data tracking, and insight gathering
  • Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement
    • Support implementation of process improvements across the claims lifecycle
    • Use systems, data, and tools to help improve performance and efficiency
    • Build an understanding of operational processes and identify patterns, issues, or improvement opportunities
    • Contribute ideas for automation, system improvements, and smarter ways of working
  • Stakeholder & Business Support
    • Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners to progress cases
    • Work collaboratively across teams to support operational delivery
    • Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Has experience or a strong interest in operations, claims, legal, financial services, or a similar processing environment
  • Is comfortable working with systems, CRM platforms, or workflow tools
  • Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
