Sales & Lettings Negotiator (Part-Time)
An independent estate agency serving the Bradford and North Yorkshire regions is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details
- Start Date: Immediate
- Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
- Working Hours: Flexible between 9:00am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday), Saturday 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Employment Type: Part-time
- Transport: Car owner with a clean driving license is essential
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales and letting negotiations, including taking offers and progressing sales.
- Maintain regular communication with vendors, landlords, purchasers, and tenants.
- Provide feedback and updates on property statuses.
- Arrange and accompany property viewings.
- Qualify potential buyers and vendors using the appropriate documentation.
- Maintain knowledge of available properties and ensure they are matched to buyer needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of estate agency experience or NAEA/ARLA qualifications.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local area and market trends.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Smart, professional appearance.
