Role: Children's Residential Support Worker
Location: Winsford
Salary: Up to £33,703.00 per annum
Hours: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours/week)
Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and an average of two sleep-ins per week (included in salary)
Sleep-In Rate: £55 per sleep-in (included in total salary package)
Voluntary Overtime Available
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting daily routines: Supporting children with personal care, meal preparation, and daily activities to help them develop independence.
- Educational support: Encouraging and supporting children in their learning journey, assisting with homework, and helping them develop new skills.
- Leading recreational activities: Organising and leading recreational activities, including fun events and holidays, to increase engagement and enhance well-being.
- Emotional support: Providing guidance, care, and person-centered support to help children navigate difficult moments.
- Documentation: Completing care plans, reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintaining a safe environment: Ensuring the home is clean, secure, and well-organised.
- Team collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to create a positive, nurturing environment.

Previous experience in residential care is preferred but not essential—we provide full training to support your success in the role.
