As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a key leadership role within one of our therapeutic homes, helping to shape a safe, nurturing environment where children can begin to heal and thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading by Example: Supporting the team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Day-to-Day Support: Assisting children with routines such as personal care, meals, and activities
- Mentoring Staff: Guiding junior team members, sharing knowledge, and supporting development
- Emotional and Behavioural Support: Helping children regulate emotions and manage challenges
- Promoting Learning: Supporting education, skill-building, and personal growth
- Maintaining Records: Ensuring accurate documentation and contributing to care planning
- Creating a Safe Home: Helping maintain a positive, safe, and structured environment

What We Require
- Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children & Young People
