Overview

Children's Registered Home Manager. Highly competitive salary - up to 83K (inclusive of performance-related bonuses). Welcome Bonus - £5,000 (following successful Ofsted Registration). Ofsted Bonus - up to £6,000 per year. Occupancy Bonus - Earn up to £5,000, Every 6 Months! Full time permanent position, 40 hours per week, operating on a fixed rota, however flexibility will be required when necessary, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Providing full operational leadership of the children's home
  • Managing and supporting a diverse, high-performing care team
  • Overseeing care planning, safeguarding, and risk management strategies
  • Liaising with education teams and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care
  • Promoting the home with internal and external stakeholders
  • Producing reports and performance data aligned with KPIs
  • Driving service quality and continuous improvement
  • Contributing to organisational projects and development initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • A child-centred individual focused on achieving the best possible outcomes
  • Experience as a Registered Manager, or at least two years experience as a Deputy Manager with the ambition and readiness to step into the Registered Manager role
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • A genuine commitment to trauma-informed, therapeutic care approaches
