An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Executive Administrator to support the Chairman in his Inspire Capital Group investments, reporting directly to the Group Finance Director. Based in Cheadle, this is a highly collaborative and fast-paced role, supporting the delivery of a wide range of projects across the Chairman's professional interests and family office. You will play a key role in coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and ensuring priorities are delivered effectively within the team. The nature of this role requires confidentiality and reliability in supporting the Chairman, and the candidate will need to possess the energy to work as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team. This is a varied and engaging position offering exposure to senior stakeholders and high-profile external contacts. The Team

You will be part of a small, close-knit team led by the Chairman, acting as a central point of coordination across a wide network of stakeholders. The role involves working closely with senior executives and external partners, including individuals within the sports sector and their support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Coordination - Track priorities, monitor deadlines, and ensure projects progress efficiently
  • Diary and Meeting Management - Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare board packs, and capture actions
  • Project and Administrative Support - Support a range of initiatives through research, reporting, and presentation preparation in both the business and family office.
  • Financial and Budget Support - Raise purchase orders, monitor expenditure, and liaise with suppliers
  • Information Management - Maintain organised and accessible systems (e.g. SharePoint, databases)
  • Event Coordination - Support the delivery of events, programmes, and stakeholder engagement activities
