Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Providing full operational leadership of the children’s home.
- Managing and supporting a diverse, high-performing care team.
- Overseeing care planning, safeguarding, and risk management strategies.
- Liaising with education teams and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Promoting the home with internal and external stakeholders.
- Producing reports and performance data aligned with KPIs.
- Driving service quality and continuous improvement.
- Contributing to organisational projects and development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- A child-centred individual focused on achieving the best possible outcomes.
- Experience as a Registered Manager, or at least two years experience as a Deputy Manager with the ambition and readiness to step into the Registered Manager role.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A genuine commitment to trauma-informed, therapeutic care approaches.
