About the role:
You will be supporting people in their own homes across the Bath area to live independently, safely and with dignity. This includes:
- Personal care and support with daily routines
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Companionship and emotional support
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
We deliver care with time, consistency and compassion. No rushed visits, no feeling like just another number.
What we are looking for:
- Kind, reliable and compassionate individuals
- A genuine passion for delivering high quality care
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
- Previous care experience is welcome but not essential as full training is provided
