We’re looking for compassionate, reliable and caring Community Care Assistants to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to people in their own homes.
You’ll play an important role in helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing , while providing practical and emotional support based on their individual needs.

What you’ll be doing
- Providing safe, respectful and person-centred care
- Supporting with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting where required
- Helping with meals, hydration, mobility and everyday activities
- Supporting individuals to remain as independent as possible
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting with medication following appropriate training and company procedures
- Following individual care plans and risk assessments
- Observing and reporting any changes in a person’s health or wellbeing
- Keeping accurate care records and daily notes
- Working closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals
- Following safeguarding, health and safety and infection control procedures
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Committed to maintaining people's dignity and confidentiality
- Willing to complete all required training
- Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays where required
A minumum of 6 months experience in care is essential.
Driving is not essential for this position.
