We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to support our Clients in North Wiltshire. In this role, you will provide essential support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
Working Hours
- Mornings: 7am - 2pm
- Evenings: 3pm - 10pm
- Long days: 7am - 10pm
- Potential for school hours
Must be available for alternate weekends
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs
- Communicate effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' wellbeing
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition
- Support clients in engaging with their community and pursuing interests that matter to them
Requirements
- Experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a good command of English
- Ability to develop and follow care plans effectively
- A compassionate approach with a genuine desire to help others
- A valid UK Driving Licence
- Female only due to the specific needs and preferences of our clients
