Then join us in shaping the next generation of intelligent, platform-based solutions on SAP BTP. You’ll develop agent-based applications, integrated architectures, and scalable systems that rethink business processes and drive real business impact. Together with Boston Consulting Group, you support our clients from the initial strategic idea through to technical implementation—from the boardroom to the codebase—with a focus on AI-driven coding (“vibe coding”), enabling you to fully leverage your individual strengths, particularly in architecture.
Shape the world of tomorrow
- You’ll identify and structure AI and agent-based use cases across end-to-end processes
- You will support the redesign of business processes using SAP BTP
- You will contribute to the development of integrated solution architectures (ERP, CRM, data, and AI layers)
- You will develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts (e.g., using SAP AI Core or simple agent workflows)
- You will assist in evaluating technology options (BTP, hyperscalers, hybrid)
- You will support the initial implementation phases from discovery to pilot
You Make the Difference
- You hold a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a consulting environment with SAP BTP, cloud, or software development
- You have basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or ABAP
- You are interested in AI, GenAI, and new agent-based approaches
- You have a fundamental understanding of business processes and integrations
- Ideally, you have some initial experience with SAP BTP Services (e.g., CAP, Integration Suite)
- Ideally, you have some experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- You feel particularly comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts, and are willing to be flexible and travel
- You communicate confidently in German and English
