An excellent opportunity for an experienced AC Service Engineer to join our growing Helpdesk Team. Your hands-on fault finding expertise will help you transition to our fully office based technical helpdesk environment.

What Will You Be Doing?

Providing high-quality aftersales technical support to our customers to satisfactorily resolve service and/or installation enquiries. Working in a busy technical office environment, you’ll be able to refer to and interpret electrical schematics and refrigerant circuit diagrams, to guide the customer on the fault investigation and come to a conclusive diagnosis. Maintaining exceptional level of customer satisfaction, by delivering a market-leading service.

About You:

Demonstrating a wealth of hands-on experience, you’ll be fully versed in promptly resolving (install/service) technical issues on splits, VRVs, chillers and/or heat pumps. A confident communicator who enjoys assisting customers and fellow engineers with fault diagnosis through clear and concise knowledge sharing. A proactive, self-starter demonstrating a can-do attitude. Comfortable in supporting and educating customers over the phone, via Teams and by email while working within our technical office environment. Whether you’re currently in a similar position or ready to come off the tools, your technical expertise and strong communication skills will help you thrive in this role.
