We are Your Baristas, a fast-growing mobile coffee company based on the Wirral, Merseyside. We're on the lookout for a passionate and friendly Event Barista to join our team. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone who loves the idea of working at exciting events and providing exceptional customer service. If you enjoy working in a, social environment and have a passion for coffee, we want to hear from you!

A little about the role:

Being an Event Barista opens up opportunities to work across a multitude of business sectors, for a range of companies. You could be working in London at a PR event one day, to serving coffee for delegates at a national exhibition in Glasgow the next. You would be working alongside global brands, such as: Aston Martin, LEGO, Sephora, Lululemon, JD Sports and plenty more. You could also be working on smaller, more intimate jobs for independent brands and businesses. 

The job role does require a significant amount of travel, both solo and with a team depending on the event size. 

We are based in Merseyside, with offices here, so on non-event days, you can work on your latte art skills and dialling in, too.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving our van to and from event locations (Full UK driving licence required)
• Providing excellent service at events and shows across the UK
• Engaging with customers and clients with a polite, friendly, and professional manner
• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee
• Being punctual and ensuring all logistics are managed smoothly
• Maintaining high hygiene standards and complying with Health & Safety regulations
• Representing Your Baristas with a presentable and positive attitude

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous barista experience is strongly preferred
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel across the UK for events
• A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic
• Punctual and reliable with attention to detail
• Good understanding of hygiene standards and Health & Safety procedures
• A passion for the event industry with a willingness to grow and learn more
