Seetec in Hampshire is seeking a Youth Employment Adviser to support young people aged 18-24 through our Youth Job Guarantee programme. You will coach, guide and motivate participants to overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment.
You'll manage a caseload, deliver tailored careers advice, help with CVs and interview preparation, and provide in-work support while working closely with employers, training providers and community partners.
