Seetec's CFO Evolution programme is hiring a Support Worker (Peripatetic) to work across HMP Guys Marsh and community settings. You will assess, intervene and coordinate support to reduce reoffending risks, manage a caseload, and collaborate with partners to secure housing, healthcare and other services.
You'll travel regularly across the designated cluster, support participants before release and during reintegration, and report changes in risk to the Probation Service.
