Young UK Today seeks an experienced Team Leader or Senior Residential Support Worker to join Dove Tree House. You will lead shifts, support colleagues and help children feel safe, valued and understood, while remaining actively involved in day-to-day care.
Working with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, you will allocate tasks, coordinate activities and develop staff, using trauma-informed approaches and safeguarding best practice to promote consistent care for the children aged 8–17.
