What we look for in a Sous Chef:
We are looking for an existing Sous Chef, who considers themselves to have a passion and flair for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Sous Chef you will:
- Have at least 2 years experience as a grill chef, cooking with confidence in producing amazing food.
- Work alongside Head chef and senior Sous chef; you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to deliver top quality service.
- Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to complete day to day tasks.
