The Dog & Fox is looking for a Baker / Breakfast Chef to work overnight and early mornings, producing fresh bakery goods and delivering a quality breakfast service.

Job Responsibilities

• Bake fresh bread, pastries, and bakery items overnight

• Prepare and serve breakfast dishes to a high standard

• Set up and run breakfast service independently

• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and consistency at all times

Hours

• Shift: 2:00am/3:00am start – finishing at 11:00am

• Early starts required (coffee encouraged, alarm clock essential)

About You

• Experience as a baker, breakfast chef, or similar role

• Comfortable working overnight / early morning shifts

• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

• Passionate about fresh food and doing things properly (even at 4am)
