We’re on the lookout for our next generation of General Managers. We are looking for Experienced Assistants and Deputies who are keen to further their career. We will place you in a pub and work to develop your knowledge and skills with us. When the time is right, we will get you kicked off on our Internal General Manager programme.

You will have a background in leadership roles within hospitality - this could be pub based – but we’d also be open to applications who have senior management experience in restaurants or hotels and who have a passion for pubs.
