We are looking for a General Manager for the Grand Junction Arms in Park Royal - one of London’s most fun pubs. The perfect candidate is a creative sales driver who has volume experience, is driven to maximise sales, and ensures that every visit to the Grand Junction Arms means our guests leave thinking about returning!
The pub comes complete with a cozy bar area, generously sized dining room, and an indoor/outdoor terrace that connects the two, complete with walls and a retractable roof. There is also a huge garden space with an outdoor burger shack, bookable huts, tables down by the canal, and its own outdoor stage for live music.
The ideal candidate is someone who can continue to grow sales while ensuring a premium guest experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to run a flagship site and put your stamp on the business!
