What we look for in a Supervisor

As the successful Breakfast Supervisor you will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, build rapport with customers and the team, and continue the success of our pub. You will be responsible for ensuring breakfast guests are taken care of, the breakfast service runs smoothly, and the buffet is topped up. Additionally, you will prepare the pub and restaurant for lunch service and maintain service quality until the afternoon. You will work alongside an opening manager each morning but be trusted to work independently when service is suitable.

Hours are between 7 am‑5 pm, five days a week, with some days starting at 9 am and others at 7 am and ending at either 3 pm or 5 pm.
