We are looking for a motivated & experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, fresh-food pubs in South West London - Think Wimbledon, Kingston, Surbiton and Carshalton. You will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. 70% of our General Manager vacancies in the last FY were filled with internal candidates - so if GM is what you are aiming for, we can support you on that journey.

What we're looking for:

  • You'll be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and be confident at thinking on your feet - experience of leading a team is essential.
  • You'll be people focused - whether that's with regards to the team you work with, or with how you interact with our guests.
  • You think big (and small) - You'll set standards within the team and the business, noticing small details that others miss, and you'll also be able to think about the pub from a GM perspective - suggesting improvements in the offer, sales driving activities and operationally.
  • You'll be willing to learn and own your development with support from your GM. We're looking for someone who will push themselves to grow their skills knowledge.
  • You'll be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be committed to your career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
