About the role
Being a Head Chef at Young\’s means writing your own recipes to match the food vision of the business using fresh seasonal ingredients. The food vision can emphasise local produce, country pub classics, seafood, small plates and sharers, or dry-aged meat. You will put your creative stamp on the vision and continuously evolve the menu as ingredients come into season. You will work with fresh, seasonal produce to craft premium dishes in a modern pub setting.
