We're looking for a General Manager for the Mitre – situated a stones throw from Hyde Park, in Lancaster Gate. This pub is a stylish mix of tradition meeting the modern – with beautiful pints of cask being served alongside fresh, seasonal, home-made food. The Mitre is a Grade II listed building split over 3 floors.
The ground floor is a lovingly restored traditional pub – complete with wooden features, mosaic tiles and etched glass. The first floor is home to Lord Craven's dining rooms – the perfect place for dining in comfort and style (or even in your own private dining room). And on the weekends, Our basement bar, Old Mary's opens – think brickwork, candles, cheese and meats.
We're looking for a General Manager with fresh-food experience who is accomplished at driving sales, has fantastic standards and has an entrepreneurial streak to grow the business – this is an excellent opportunity with plenty of room for growth for the right person.
