Team Member - Exeter Team Member

A unique pub situated on the Exeter canal, 15 mins walk from the quayside and now 5 minutes from Marsh Barton train station.

The pub has one of the largest beer gardens in the south with over 1000 outdoor spaces.

We host various events and functions that cater from 100 to our busiest one of the year hijacking 4000 people.

With outdoor bars and BBQs, no week is ever the same at the double locks.

In the winter was a lovely traditional pub with log fires and lots of dogs.

What we look for in a Team Member

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking Bar & Floor Staff to join our team for the summer season.

What you'll be doing

  • Serving drinks behind the bar
  • Taking food and drink orders
  • Delivering excellent customer service on the floor
  • Keeping the bar and restaurant clean, tidy, and well-presented
  • Working as part of a fast-paced, friendly team

What we're looking for

  • A positive attitude and great customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided

Availability Required

  • Must be available to work every weekend
  • Must be flexible to work the occasional weekday shift
  • Available throughout the summer season
