What we look for in a Receptionist: You will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and a desire to work as part of a team. You will have experience working in a similar environment, be an active team player with excellent communication skills and have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail. A pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with our customers and team, with great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls and ensure the financial credit and administration procedures are applied at all times. As an evening receptionist, you will be primarily responsible for delivering a smooth, efficient and friendly check-in for all of our guests.

Set in the heart of Chertsey, offering 49 bedrooms as well as spaces to celebrate occasions. The Crown offers a premium range of food and drinks and excellent training to join a friendly team and be part of what makes memories for our guests.
