We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commish Chef who is passionate about producing quality fresh food in an environment that welcomes people.
Responsibilities:
- Champion excellent service through quality food.
- Deliver fantastic food every time.
- Serve as an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
- Show willingness to learn new skills, and be an active team player with excellent communication skills.
- Work alongside the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for the menus and daily specials.
- Plan and organise effectively to maintain control over both general procurement and labour.
- Take a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Location & Hospitality:
The Crown is set in the heart of Chertsey, offering 49 bedrooms and spaces for special occasions. You will work with a premium range of food and drinks and receive excellent training as part of a friendly team.
