We are looking for a General Manager for the King Street Brewhouse – Bristol's favourite brewpub. This city-centre institution is famous for brewing its own bold, seasonal beers, food designed to share and for being the perfect place to watch the big game, have a post-work pint or spend the night. The pub has plenty of outside seating for those looking to soak up some rays, as well as the Tank Room – a private space right next to the brewery tanks – perfect for private parties and events.
We are looking for a General Manager who is a strong operator, has experience managing busy venues, and can continue to grow sales in this unique pub – an opportunity that doesn’t come around too often!
Running a Pub for Young's: We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual and so we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp on our businesses. We are all about freedom within a framework – you decide what goes on the food menu and tailor your offer to your guests, growing the business in line with your vision. You decide what events and sales-driving initiatives to run, what the team uniform is, and look after your own recruitment and marketing.
